ERIC JAMES MILLER BIO:
Eric James Miller grew up in Bethesda, Maryland just outside of Washington, D.C. He went to school at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota where he double majored in English and Accounting.
After spending a year travelling and working in Europe he returned to the U.S. and went to Manhattan but eventually he caught the Hollywood bug and moved to L.A. to pursue a career in the film industry. He landed a corporate accounting job with New World Entertainment which served as a crash course in film & TV finance and production and served him well as he segued into contract management and film distribution.
After meeting his wife, they decided to move to the neon oasis in the desert and have been happily living their dreams ever since. Eric is the president of the local writers group, Writers of Southern Nevada and can often be found exploring Nevada's ghost towns, hot springs and wellness zones.
His book, "A Caregiver's Journey: Self-care for Caregivers of Loved Ones with Dementia and Alzheimer's" details the struggles and lessons he learned while being a caregiver for his mother who slowly slid down the slippery slopes of both diseases. It was published in April 2021 and as garnered numerous stellar reviews. His other books, "For Rent: Dangerous Paradise" and "The Metaphysics of Nudity" are fictionalized accounts of his encounters with the paranormal and driving back and forth across the country several times.
